Modern comfortable accommodation consisting of 2 rooms 1 en suite with TV / DVD, other with adjacent bathroom with separate shower and bath. There are tea and coffee facilities in rooms. Along with dressing gowns, hair drier provided. We also have a breakfast room and large lounge with Sky TV.
Burnley, Rochdale, Halifax and Howarth are all approx 10 miles from here. There are 2 good pub / restaurants with outstanding views nearby serving good reasonably priced food.
